PawSwap introduces first-ever dog yoga class in Vancouver to meet new friends for your pup

Dog owners listen up!  There’s a workout class coming this month that you’re not going to want to miss.

How do we know you aren’t going to want to miss it? Because it is a dog yoga class in Vancouver city! This way you can bring your furry friend.

Poses and Pups event offers you a dog yoga class in Vancouver

That’s right, a dog yoga (aka ‘doga’) class. At Poses and Pups on January 26, 2020, you can work out with your fur baby by your side. Literally.

And as it’s our very own event, we’ve made sure the fun doesn’t end after the class finishes.

Oh no, this special dog yoga class in Vancouver promises to help you make new friends for both you and your pup as we bring the local dog-owning community together for the perfect Sunday morning!

So, get Sunday, January 26, 2020, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM marked in your calendars now.

Happening at RYU - West 4th, our very own Poses and Pups event, powered by myMomentum, includes 35 minutes of yoga with your dog, led by Emily Lee, a canine cool down, mingling, snacks and sips.

We’ve got post-workout treats from Feed Me Fit, smoothies, and swag bags with goodies from Earth Rated as well as cookies from Conscious Cookies, all included.   If your resolution for 2020 was to get fit, practise some self-care or just to do more fun things with your dog then a puppy yoga class is the perfect way to do it.

‘Doga’ is proven to have many benefits for both you and your pup. As well as being a lot of fun, it’s a great bonding exercise with physical health benefits, it’s relaxing and it’s a great socializing exercise for your pup.

We can’t wait to see you there! Oh, and don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat!
