Santa Claus is coming to town, and you can take your dog to get a picture with the man himself in various locations across Vancouver this festive season.
There really is nothing cuter than those amazing pet portraits of dogs sitting on Santa’s lap, looking like they are just as excited as we are for Christmas.
After all, it’s only fair that our precious pups get to join in on all the festive fun.
So, if all you want for Christmas is a perfect picture of your four-legged bestie with Santa, then we’ve got you covered.
We’ve compiled a list of 14 places you can get a Santa Claus photo with your dog in Vancouver so you don’t miss your chance of getting that perfect holiday snap.
As if the cute photo isn’t enough of a treat, donations from your pet pictures with Santa go towards various local charities. A perfect way to spread some festive cheer!
Check out our list below and choose which one (or more) you’ll go to because let’s face it, there’s no such thing as ‘too many’ cute dog photos!
1) Pet Portraits with Santa at Dashing Dawgs Pet Boutique, Vancouver
100% of the proceeds will go to About A Dog Rescue Society to help animals in need. All kinds of furry friends are welcomed.

2) Dog Photos with Santa at Discover Dogs, Vancouver
The store are collecting donations for SAINTS rescue, an end-of-life sanctuary for senior and special needs animals that have nowhere else to go.
They accept cash donations, or physical goods from SAINTS rescue’s wishlist such as blankets, large beds and canned food etc.

3) 3rd Annual Fear Free Santa Paws Photos at Mindful Mutts, New Westminster
Fear Free Santa Paws photos with Santa Jim from the West Coast Rottweiler Rescue, along with Furry Friends Photography, are back for a 3rd year to raise money for West Coast Rottweiler Rescue.
Time slots are booked by appointment and each session with Santa Paws is one-on-one to reduce Fear | Stress | Anxiety (FAS) in your pets.
Actual Fear Free Certified and Low Stress Certified staff will be on site to make the experience as jolly as possible for you and your furry friends.

4) Santa Photo Day at KORNA Natural Pet Supplies, Kitsilano
Get a Santa Claus photo with your dog or with your whole family. All proceeds go to Small Animal Rescue Society of BC and you'll receive all digital copies of the images taken, plus your pet will receive a special treat from Santa.
KORNA is also offering 15% off everything in store ALL DAY Saturday and Sunday.

Pet Photos with Santa Hosted by the BC SPCA
The BC SPCA is once again hosting Pet Photos with Santa throughout their various branches.
The whole family can come along to meet Santa and get your holiday photos for Christmas cards or keepsakes. All the funds will help support animals at your local BC SPCA branch.

8) Pet Photos with Santa, Tri-Cities Branch - BC SPCA Tri-Cities Education & Adoption Centre
Presented by Cedar & Bark Photography, this two-day event welcomes Santa to the branch for pictures with your furry friends. Pictures can be taken with or without Santa, so if your pooch gets frightened easily you can still get a perfect Christmas picture.
