What is Dogs Supporting Local? We are a team from a Canada wide pet app called PawSwap, also known as, "the app to find all the dog-friendly places in your city." Over the past months, we’ve heard thousands of stories from businesses and dog owners that have been negatively affected by COVID-19,  so we wanted to do something to help. Dogs Supporting Local aims to encourage Canadians to visit dog-friendly areas, while recognizing and promoting local brick and mortar businesses such as breweries, restaurants, stores, and hotels that don't just tolerate dogs, but welcomes dogs.

How Canadian dog owners can support local businesses.
